this is my puppy Buddy. i sketched him a few months ago in my sketchbook. (used a picture as a refrence, lol im not THAT good lol) couldn't work the background right, he was asleep on the stairs. not my best, but he's so cute i had to post it. lol

I at first thought it might be a photo. I think it looks wonderful. I love the shading on his head the best, and his belly come to think of it. Those thick paws look so real. Everything about this is really wonderful, some of the best puppy art I have seen for certain. Well done.:blackrose:

Haw, what a babe! what kind of pup is he? he's a lovely chunky boy, looks like he's gonna be a big lad. Oh, great pencil work btw, i got so caught up with his cuteness I almost forgot to compliment you on your drawing skills.:D

Bird Flu could be quickly and easily eradicated by adding a few drops of Lem-sip or Day-Nurse to birdbaths, obviously you would have to put Night-Nurse in the bird baths for owls.

thank you~! we're not entirely sure what he is, his dad is a pure bred jack russell terrier and his mom is what looks like a shepherd /rot/lab mix. he's an extreemly smart and still adorable dog though, so i guess it doesn't really matter what he is in the long run :)

the great thing about cross breeds is that they usually have pretty good health and long lives 'cos they don't have all those inter-bred pedigree troubles. how old is he now?

yeah, and ive learned from having a pure bread beagle before Buddy, mixed breeds are much smarter too lol. Buddy is about 2 and 1/2 now, but because of the mix he is, he still looks a lot like a puppy.
